Samsung galaxy S2 turned itself off mid phonecall, when it evetually turned back on, all downloaded apps were gone, as well as some system apps such as google and gmail, but most importantly google play is missing and so no apps can be replaced. The google account is not syncing. In the settings - app manager - all - there are all the downloaded apps in a faint grey, with a weird android symbol instead of their own, and nothing can be selected other than delete. For some reason all those apps say SD next to them, even though they were never on an SD card since i never had one. Google play is not listed anywhere in the apps manager. I can't do anything except call and text, the internet app hardly works because it is the system one on the samsung which constantly freezes, so I can't even access google play online.
