Help Apps download

Please can anyone advise me on how to down load an app through

Firstly, Go on "Settings->Applications->Development" then activate "USB Debugging"
After That If you couple your phone with android market, Go on market.android.com and select apps what you want to install then click just install button on the app page after that you will select your phone and click install then ok.(You must connect your phone with usb cable )

Hi, many thanks for the reply, I have had the debugging mode on already, there is a little bug icon that appears in the top left hand corner

Turn your wifi and 3g off when doing so.
