I get this problem from timt to time on my HTC Legend (running Froyo) where I update an app or indeed download one, the download goes through fine but then it will not install. This is regardless of whether it is an SD insall or main memory.
I have cleared a number of apps off the main memory just in case it was because it needed room on the main in order to put it on the SD - have 30mb at the moment (something of a record for me!) and yet it still wont work
It's driving me nuts!
Anyone had this before and know what to do?
I tried searching on the forum but apparently the words "app" and "install" (as part of app not installing" ) were really common so got me know-where and am now to frustated to fanny about anymore with the stupid thing.
Just told my gf not to get an Android now after months of telling her not to get a BB, yes am THAT annoyed!
