Hello, since some times I can't download apps from the play store, when I click download it goes like this: https://imgur.com/a/XI5fkas and stay stuck for a random time, usually around 30 minutes and then the download start and install. I have a Oneplus 5T in 9.0.4 and I'm in France, my carrier is Free. I already tried to clean the data and the cache of both play store and the google play services and even for the download manager. I disabled and enabled these 3 too but nothing worked.

and also check your phone's memory. if your internal storage is getting full. it may not even install.
do you have an sd card? how full is it?
and yes if all else fails a factory reset should do the trick.

Thanks for the anwsers, since I have a Oneplus 5T I don't have a sd card, there's 33% of free space on my phone tho. I guess I'll just have to factory reset my phone
