Where the apps are, currently they are alphabetical in froyo u could organise them into most frequentlyused apps first but I can't find the setting in sandwich if it exists?

Your only options right now are to open the App Drawer then select Settings-> View Type->
Customizable Grid -> Once selected go to Settings then select Edit then you can arrange your Apps in any Order you wish.
Alphabetical Grid -> Default layout
Alphabetical List -> Self explanatory

Thought so bit of a let down tho that another obvious thing they've left out..
