Apps for a 3 year old (tablet)

I'm looking for some advice and suggestions on apps for a 3 year old if there are any decent ones out there?

My daughter loves her grandmas ipad but

My 4 yr old daughter loves playing games on my phone/tablets. She has kinda claimed my 7" galaxy tab as her own. She also uses it to watch netflix, she's very good at using it on her own.

The advantage of Android is you can use Flash, and therefore get a near infinite number of free games online to suit all ages. A Google for 'match pairs kids' instantly gets a trillion results.

that's the lite version with 10 puzzles but they have a full version with 37 puzzles. My kids are having much fun while playing it. The pictures and the sounds are adorable.
