Now that we've got ICS on the Elite, and I'm sure JB is just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to see what apps are now open to us. I've got a few that I've been using for a couple months on my S2:
LBE Security Master is the update to LB Privacy Guard. I don't think it's limited to 4.0+, but I know that LBE Privacy Guard won't work on the later versions on Android. In addition to all the features of Privacy Guard, it also adds a ton of new features. The permission and internet blocking features, in addition to the ability to block ads all on a per-app basis make this one a must-have for me. There isn't an official English version, but some folks over at XDA have taken the time to translate it to several languages:

Greenify is great for taking control of apps that keep running in the background killing battery and slowing things down. It force hibernates misbehaving apps that refuse to properly shut themselves down, all seamlessly in the background without affecting the functionality of the apps in question:
