Help Apps for blind and partially sighted users

Hi!
Is there any apps out there in the android market for people with vision problems such as a screen reader/magnifer?? was thinking of the HTC Wildfire S.Thanks

There's Talkback. Never used it so can't comment.

There is an accessibility menu in the settings and I think that has a few options for screen reading etc.

You could do a search on visually impaired at the Android Marked:

While on the subject: you can also use the camera as a magnifying glass. (Or download the Magnifying Glass app)
