Generally apps/programs which run on your computer will not run on your phone. It's a different operating system (unless you have android running on your pc - but then you wouldn't be asking this)
You may find android versions of the programmes on your pc which you can install on your phone. You can log onto Google play on your pc and instruct it to download apps to your phone automatically.
