Help Apps Jumping Screens

I have an app on my home screen, Facebook to be exact, that will randomly jump to the first screen to the right. I can't really narrow it down to any specific time or action, it just happens randomly every now and then and I'll notice it when I take my phone out of my pocket and hit the power button. I always hit the power button to shut off the screen when I put it back in my pocket so I don't think it would be from accidentally dragging but I was hoping someone might have an idea of what could be the problem.

What launcher are you using?

Nova launcher has a "lock screen" feature, precisely to prevent you from accidentally moving stuff around when you swipe between screens.
