Apps keep forgeting settings after restart

Hi!

I hava a Galaxy S2 with Jelly Bean (4.1.2). I installed with Kies as writen on Sammobile. Since using the Jelly Bean, every time, I restart the phone apps forget the settings and return to default settings. I disabled almost every notfications and after restarting I keed getting notification all the time.
Could You please help me how to fix this?

Hello IJG. Which apps or widgets are you seeing resetting to the default values? If is is 3rd party apps such as games, apps/widgets or launchers from the Play Store, it may just be a matter of menu settings in each app.

If it is system apps and widgets, such as the default weather home screen widget or the default "internet" browser, then you may need to do a factory data reset in order to wash out the issue.

The S2 hard reset can be done in more than one way. The quickest access to the reset is in the main settings menu under "privacy." The other way is via the so-called "recovery" or "boot" menu:

1. Turn the POWER OFF, pull the battery out and put it back again.
2. Simultaneously press the Volume Up, Home and Power button
3. If the Samsung Symbol appears, release the Power button
4. A Boot Menu will then show, Use the volume up/down to choose and home to select.

Back things up that you want to keep, so you can import it all back into the reset device (which will be in "new" condition that you had out of the box, following the reset).

Calendars do this, the built in samsung and also google calendar. Facebook messenger, ebay so both originally installad apps and third party apps.
I already tried this reset within the menu but the problem come back.
Or even it did not solve the problem, I dont know, I
