apps not compatable with my asus tablet

i have an asus tablet i would love to get instagram nd an app called whisper on to my tablet but it says " this device is not compatible" what do i do how can i get them?? please help!
 
Write to the developers of the apps and ask them to create versions compatible with your tablet. There's no other way.
