Help Apps not compatible

I've recently got an Atrix. I looked on the market, and a lot of apps like Amazon, angry birds and a few others are not compatible, but when I install the apk it all works fine.
I am running stock Gingerbread, and am not rooted.

Not sure why. I have Amazon and all four Angry Birds on my Atrix 4G. How do you know they are not compatible? I'm running GB too.

The link won't come up in the Play store, and when I go there online on my PC, it says it isn't compatible.

I have all those apps on my atrix and im running stock but rooted but even unrooted they still show up and download
