Help Apps not completing download

Samsung GS4 GT1950 running 5.0.1

Phone came back form repair .... put in the basic details .... WiFi working, logged into Google account, went to Play store , and it shows downloading 'my apps'
The issue is still showing in progress - for more than 24 Hrs.

tried reboot ... still the same ?

Shows each app with progress bar as downloading but .... after 24 Hrs still showing loads of apps yet to complete.

Phone is on network - receiving emails and browser working.

Can you stop the downloads and try again?I have found that sometimes one app will get stuck downloading and will block the other ones from downloading as well. Try downloading one a a time.

Recovery of your phone is still quite a lot of work on Android.
