Unfortunately the only way i know to get it back is a factory reset on the device.
However see about following what this person said and try reinstalling it again:

I acidentallly did this too, i reinstalled it again by going into system settings and finding the whole list of apps on your phone, there is a basic file for the market because i dont think you can fully uninstall it i clicked on that and then updated it, and it worked, hope it works for you
