Help Apps not saving data to external SD card

I have the LG volt...(appears to be now 2 separate separate postings going on one for LG F90 and LG volt I thought they were same phone...or at least similar)

Any how I thought I saw reference about apps not saving to sd card.

I may be wrong but I have an app "Cam Card" which appears to be saving to internal storage instead of SD card. I may be wrong .

I cant find backup in sd card. but seem to find it in internal storage under /storage/emulated/0 ?????..

However I am not rooted yet so anyone have an Idea how to deal with this without root if possible?

Not without root, no. I was having a similar issue, that app fixed it up. Go run towelroot and install SuperSU and you'll be set.
