Help Apps not showing

I was clearing some room on my SD card and deleted some stuff using the disk drive mode on my PC.

Now some of my apps aren't showing on my menu? They are definitely still on there, when I go to the manage applications thing, they come up as com.*appname* rather than just the app name. What have I done and how can I fix it!

What did you delete?

If these apps were ones you moved to sd and you interfered with a folder called .android_secure then that's your problem.

Try reinstalling would be my first guess.
