Help apps on sd - sgs2 plus

hello,

i have SGS2 and i know that when i download an app i can go into it's details and hit "move to SD".
my mom just got a SGS2 Plus which has only 4GB internal memory and i got her an sd card (16 gb) thinking i could do the same.
but i can't see that option anywhere.
the phone reads the sd card i can save songs and pics on it but i can't seem to put or move apps to it.
both devices use jelly bean.
anyone knows why is that?

Try using Android Assistant, a free app downloadable from the Google Play Store. Under the tools tab you will find an option "app2sd" which will enable you to move apps to your SD card.

i tried what you said and it just says "no apps can move to the sd card".
and i'm sure that there are.
maybe it's something with the settings?
