Help Apps resolution

I downloaded some apps and games from the market, but resolution is much smaller.

Is there a way I can force an app to run full screen?

If there is i've never seen an option to. It's reliant on the app being coded to support the sensation screen rather than the other way round as i think i'm right in saying the sensation has an odd aspect ratio for a phone
