Help Apps showing up twice?

Some of my apps on the main apps menu are showing up twice. For example, earlier the Colorix app (game) was showing up twice - one right next to each other - so I just uninstalled it because I thought it was a problem with the app. But now my AK Notepad is doing it, and some other ones.

Anyone else experience this? Any way to fix it?

This has happened to me on galaxy s, apps from market I uninstalled then installed again and there was only one. But the navigation app is there twice, anyone know how to fix?
