Help apps shut off when sound is played

when certain programs play a sound... they shut off.. just disappear drom the screen. some stay running others dont. i cant use my camera.. lg/swype keyboard. i had to download new ones. ive reset the phone 4 times. cleared cache and even updated and rolled back updates. nothing works..please please please help me.
