Help apps software

Hi, I new to android phone. I have a galaxy S 3 and I have downloaded an apps call oovoo video call software. When I have installed and start using it by calling my friend with the same apps. I can view my friend in my screen and my friend can't view me on his galaxy note.

I was wonder what had happen ? But when we both using 3G video call we can see each others on the sceen. Only by using oovoo video call he can't see me on his galaxy note screen. is this the problem of the setting.

I do check the setting on the oovoo both the front camera and my video mode is on, Yet my friend can't see me on his screen. If anyone know the answer please help. Thank you very much.

Check with skype too....just a suggestion...!!!!!

Sounds like a setting issue though I'm not familiar with that app. If you can't find anything, it's definitely an issue within the app since 3G video works fine. That being the case, on the bottom of every page in the market, or ah I mean Play store (hate the new name), there's a link to e-mail the developer and u could explain the issue to them for help.
