Root Apps that can be removed safely?

Since we are now rooted, I've been looking into removing some apps (mainly MPCS sh-tware) that have NO business running on my phone. I can't even disable the Metro apps, so they definitely gotta go

I'm sure there are many more that can be stripped from the phone, my question is: Do y'all know of any apps that should NOT be removed?

Obviously you should never remove any google apps or system related components. I used Titanium Backup to freeze most of the metro apps, including the easy Wifi.
