Apps that help with steady pictures

I have a problem with my camera that i cant take a steady photo, and when i feel like i have a steady picture, its blurry. Any apps to help with this?
 
Isn't there a option for Anti-Shake mode in your camera app settings? There is on my Fascinate.
 
Couldn't you just tap the screen to get the autofocus box to show, then Tap and Hold until the phone takes the picture itself?
