How can I *remove* the permissions that have full internet access to the apps I install? ie: Angry birds requires *full internet access* to play!! I dont want it eating into my data. Even if I turn the data off it still wont access ANY games:-( My phone/tablet is a v9 ZTE. Can anyone help me with a program perhaps that can enable me to play any thing without eating into my data?? Thanks.

You can't *remove* permissions from apps. I can turn my data off and still play Angry Birds and other games with no problem. Unless its an online game then the game won't work. JuiceDefender can turn off mobile data and there are many other apps that can. Try looking around on the Android market.

The Miui rom actually has a firewall that does this out of the box, so for instance you can allow apps to use data on an app by app basis.
Best part is you can force them to only use wifi data if you want them to work/update but not eat your data.

I believe a future version of android may have the ability for users to allow or deny individual permissions on an app by app basis. However i suspect the app developers will also have the ability to detect these permissions being denied and stop the app from running.
Here's the thing: Angry Birds is free. It's free because it has adverts in it. Those adverts have to be downloaded from the internet.
I'm not a big fan of advertising in apps, if there is an ad-free paid version i will generally pay for it. But if youre going to play their game for free then at least they have the right to stick their stupid ads in your face. That's how the developers get money to eat and stuff. The amount of data downloaded is *tiny*, so stop whining about it and enjoy the game
