Apps. To keep or not to keep?

From the videos I've seen it look like this phone has alot of pre-installed apps.
I'm sure most of them are all garbage. Does anyone have any advice on which ones to delete right off the bat? Which ones are worthless and which ones are cool? Thanks!

right now you cant get rid of any of the bloatware. We do not have root.

You can disable or un-install a decent amount of bloatware by using your application manager.

The bottom 5 apps in the screen shot below, I was able to un-install or disable as you can see.
