how do move apps form phone to sd card?

Unless your device is rooted, your ability to move app data to the sd card is limited by the developer's wishes when they compiled the apk. Go into Settings > Manage apps, and select individual apps. If the dev made it moveable, the Move to SD card button will be visible and not grayed-out.
