Apps using 5 to 6 megabytes/day

There are services running on my phone that are using 5 to 6 megabytes of data per day and I'm not using the phone to browse. I see that I received emails but don't open them. I delete them on my pc. It's gmail and it's linked to the phone. The phone is an HTC Aria and I need to stop all but the needed services. I don't know which ones are need and which are not from their names.
OBEX Service?
DM Service APP?
Wisp Service?
Transaction Service?
Calendar?
Touch Input?
HTC DM Service?
Any help from users with experience would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Fred:confused:

ATT can't determine which application is using the data. I've turned off 3 of them with no help. The list in my first post will tell someone what these applications are if they are familiar with the HTC Aria. I'll call ATT back since I got hit with another 5 MB of data overnight. I only want to run the minimum apps to allow receipt of email. I don't use the browser or anything
else to do with the internet.

You can determine what apps are using data with TrafficInfo or similar apps. That would be better than guessing.
