apps will not load

[GuyB]

I have a huawei ascend h866c android version 2.3.6
When ever I try to load an app I get this message
The application has stopped
unexpectedly. please try again.
and the only option it gives me is to force close it

Also when ever I try to add a contact it will tell me the data base is full when in fact I have no contacts

Sounds like you need to clear cache for the whole phone via recovery. You will need to ask again on your device specific forum. Sorry!
