Apps won't load

Just reinstalled the OS, updated it but none of the apps will download or update, they all get stuck on 'loading'.

Anyone know what the problem might be?

Never had this before, wifi and everything else working fine.

So a factory reset does not re- install the os. All it does is wipe your phone's data and returns the phone to its original factory settings...... just to clarify things.

How is your storage? Are you getting full? Do you have a SD card?

No SD card, lots of storage.
I've factory reset 30 phones, never had a problems.

Are you on wifi? Have you tried rebooting the router?
