Help Apps won't update!

I am on ATT and my apps aren't updating now. It isn't rooted or anything just unlocked. I try to update an app like youtube for instance through the playstore and i get an error saying not communicating with server. Also when I open the playstore I get the list of errors from apps not updating.

Have you tried clearing the cache yet for the market?

How do i do that? I can't figure it out. Now the app store wont connect!

Manage applications menu. Select the Play Store app. Clear cache.
