does anyone have an app that can lock all my information on my phone and hide everything and an app where i can see if my phonebeing tracked and any program that makes my phone untrackable if you do please tell me because i need apps like that

If you lock your phone with a password or pattern it is safe except for stuff on a removable MicroSD card.

AFAIK no app can make a phone untrackable. If it's on it can be located, at least to within a few hundred feet. All you can do is power it off.
