I don't want to auto lock my screen on certain applications, like my stock app, whenever screen auto lock its start refreshing again n take long time, I know I can disable auto lock but I don't want to disable it for all applications, is there any app or solution available regarding this?

You can try AppLock to lock the apps you think important and leave others unlocked. No need to lock the screen.

You can disable screen timeout when certain apps are running using an automation app like Tasker (and set it to reset the timeout when you leave the app). Of course that uses power because the screen is on.

If you just want to disable the security lock but let the screen time out that's also possible, but I found it a bit unreliable on my previous device (not tried on this one). This is what I would mean by "lock", but I think screen timeout sounds more likely from the rest of your post (refreshing when you turn the screen on seems more likely than refreshing when you unlock).
