Root Arabic root tool issue for note 3 verizon 4.4.4

I keep getting 'Allow USB Debugging? in mobile screen' in the tool and i dont get prompted to enable usb debugging even tho its already enabled. That XDA thread is all Yemen, and this is a US Verizon phone. Is it something you've imported, and want to try and make it work with a network that isn't Verizon?

Good ol' CDMA bites again? And I think certain Verizon version Samsungs can be notoriously difficult, or even impossible to root.

This tool promises to root even a Verizon phone there's also reports of success for Verizon so all I want is help to make the tool work
