Arabic Speech Recognition like Voice Search application

I'm trying to find an Arabic Speech Recognition ( ASR ) SKD ( in Arabic language)

I'm working on an e-learning project. I'm developing Arabic teaching course for foreigners. For that we are looking for a component that would be integrated inside the course, provide an option to check words pronunciation of students and give the suitable feedback.

This component should simply compare the students

Apparently there is an API for Arabic:

So you will need to develop an app or hire someone to do it, but it looks feasible.
