archiving text on android phone

[Android Question]

I havr galaxy 3 Android phone. At time I am given the opportunity to archive a
text that I want to save. If I do where does it go and how do I retrieve it.

That depends on the app that's doing it. It can go anywhere in user storage, internal or external.
