Archos 28 Device lockdown

Does anyone know of a way to lockdown a Archos 28 to only run one specific application? We would like to disable other apps, wi-fi, remove other installed apps, etc.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Side load launcher pro and hide everything?
Al2 by smart dog and lock all apps?

Not really sure if this will work, but i did this to manually delete the youtube app.

Go to the market and install, Android Terminal Emulator

cd /data/test/froyo/system/app

rm YouTube.apk

Maybe it will work for everything else too?
