Help Archos 70 Repairs

I am going to send in my archos 70 for repairs but first. Do they repair the device if it has the android market app on it??? If they do what about other illegal apks???
It needs its screen repaired but do they wipe the hard drive without even looking at it???

Depends on the Service center location and what you have that is illegal, maybe you want to talk to your attorney first.
