I bought a 7" Android 4.0 ICS MID A13 4GB Capacitive Tablet PC in May, it didn't come with a whole lot of information which I didn't think too much of back then. Well, now, the wall charger snapped in two and the usb port has come lose and is rattling around inside the tablet. This really ticks me off because I only used THAT as a charger twice. Anyway, no warranty, so I'm trying to replace the wall charger but I don't know if they are all the same. It's a stick type charger, not like the usb/phone chargers. Can someone help me please?
thank you!

The charging port in the tab bothers me a lot more. If that's loose you may not be able to charge the tab without either having it resoldered (almost free in parts, but loads of expensive labor) or having the motherboard replaced (about the same price as a new tab).

The difference between the chargers, other than the quality, which you've seen, is the amount of current they can supply. Chrging through the USB port of a computer will give you a charge of 100mA, or 0.1A. Some of the better chargers can supply as much as 5 Amps. But you can interchange them all you like - the phone or tab will draw as much as it can, up to the maximum it's designed to draw. So a phone that comes with a 0.1A charger will charge just fine on a 5A charger, and a tab that comes with a 2A charger will charge just fine in the USB port of a computer (it'll just take 20 times as long to reach full charge).

Almost all phone and tab chargers these days are microUSB, so that's not a problem any more. (Five years ago, every manufacturer had at least 2 different proprietary types of charger plug.)

But I'd get that loose connector in the tab looked at first. If it shorts, it can cause a LOT of trouble (like causing a fire).
