Are the boards broken?

The site was down (again) for a long time earlier today and now I can't find older posts that were in threads prior, I can't find a new thread I made on the boards earlier tonight. <---(This one shows up in my history but not on the boards themselves)

Something is just not right.

No it's more than that. In the Launcher Pro Plus thread there are about 5-10 posts missing (2 of which I wrote yesterday) at the end of the thread.
 
Yes Houston, there is a problem!

Found this after noticing my posts were gone as well:

"I just briefly chatted with Phases.. something went very wrong and we were forced to restore a backup of the site which was made one day ago. Yes, this means that one days worth of progress/activity is now missing. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. Please expect a more official, detailed statment from Phases sometime tomorrow."

And that's why the forum should be turned off, database optimized and backed up prior to any maintenance. Probably a few thousand posts lost.

On a side note this board does go down a lot though. I would say 2-3 times a week I can't get on for hour long periods.
 
Well mistakes happen, and they are doing maintenance to make the site better, not like we wont come back even if some posts and threads were lost :)

Pretty sure the DB is still having issues, some of the posts, tell me peopel have posted on them on the main screen but when i click on them those new posts don't work, also some post's lead to a refresh cycle where the page just keeps loading then refreshing then loading and so on...., ive cleared cache and also tried on couple of different machines...

The forum was having problems yesterday. It appears that the problems have been fixed with the website. But I still had to clear my cache and cookies to get new threads and other updates.
 
To bad for all of you , I made a one time post on how to achieve money, power and love.

oh, and the winning lotto numbers for the rest of the year.
