are the liberals actually learning something?

It helps big businesses in that area it seems. Isn't that more of a Republican thing?
 
Republicans like helping their business partners.
Most Republicans I know buy into Reaganomics.

Your money is your money, don't get me wrong.
If the tax rate was 1% these companies would still lobby for loopholes or hide their money offshore...
