Are there ANY apps that reliably sync MS Outlook 2013 to android apps?

I have tried many. Most don't work at all; the few that do regularly lose Outlook items, deleting from the PC AND the phone.

This is bad.

Have you tried Microsoft's own Outlook app?

Depends on what you want to sync. Basically you really don't need an app. You can sync to Outlook using an Outlook email account. Just add it to your phone, and start saving your contacts and calendar events to it just like as if you were syncing to Google. They'd automatically appear on Outlook on your PC if you had set it to sync to your Outlook email account.
