Help Are there any barcode database apps?

What I'm looking for is an app with which I can scan my barcodes from my games and movies, or really any other consumer electronics and it makes a list so I can keep track of what I have; or even for insurance purposes, just in case. Are there any?
 
OK For anyone interested I found one that does just this for movies, games, cds, and books, It's called My Collection Pro, looks pretty cool!
