are there any "memo pad" apps that auto recogninze phone numbers?

Beleive it or not, coming from an iphone to a Galaxy s4, this is probably the thing I miss the most.
ios recognized anything that looked like a phone number as such and all you had to do was click it twice and the call was placed.

the S-memo doesnt seem to to that, and neither do most of the other apps.

any suggestions?

Not that I know off. Apple sued the he'll out of Android manufacturers because of this Smart Links feature. Hi is was the main reason the One X got delayed last year if I remember correctly. International models got this though. Anything from the US, no. Not sure if third party note apps got it.
