Are there any tablets that support phone calls/SMS text through a carrier (aka not VOIP)

Just period, I've been wanting to roll my phone and tablet into a single device and I can add an unlocked one to the phone carrier I'm about to go on so I was wondering if such a thing even exists.

I would prefer something in the 7" range (like I said if it even exists) but 10" is fine as I can use a bluetooth headset.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

edit- sorry SMS was not what I meant I just mean texts over a texting plan instead of the web

Provided the tablet has cellular capabilities and has a carrier's SIM inserted, yes it should be able to send SMS via the carrier's included service rather than using a third-party service over the Internet.

Yes, I had a 7" Phablet that worked just fine with a Straighttalk sim card until I cracked the screen.
You can find them in all sizes and price ranges at **********.(hmmm... It appears that this forum doesn't want that name mentioned?) If your ChinaPhobic or don't want to wait a month for delivery just try googling ' 7" Phablet '. I'm sure something will come up.
