I am trying to get an app I wrote to work on my commando. It's a simple app, it's sends a POST to a webpage when you click a button. That's it. It fails every time on the commando but works on the Galaxy S and on an emulator. It's not a service issue, I tested that. It's not an android version issue since the app just needs 2.2 or higher to run. When I click the button to POST it fails, do I need to root this thing to get it to run apps?
