Are you able to return a phone under JUMP?

If so - what's the process? I got the S6 yesterday - nice phone - maybe I'm getting o;d - but it's not all that special for me.

Their return policy appears to include all phones, so a zero down phone would also be 14 - 20 days to return it depending on where you bought it.

It does say you might have to pay a $50 restocking fee for a smartphone though.

Why can't you just use your jump to go on to the next one?

I suppose you could, but according to the JUMP policy that would require you to pay for half the price of the phone when you trade it in. I'd rather pay $50 to return it then $300. ;)

I'm new to T mobile, but the way that they explaine dit to me there is jump and jump +. Jump requires the 50% and you are allowed two jumps a year. The normally more expensive but now the same priced jump+ does not have that limitation.

Waiting for the delivery of my new s6. Wanted the Note 5 but couldn't pass up the $10 a month special.
