Area Code Alias

I have a magic jack 202 area code forwarded to my non-DC cell phone (I am a contractor and it looks good to look local). Is there an AP to give me a 202 area code on calls that I make so the recipient will see a 202 AC incoming call? thanks

Google Voice. Provided there are numbers available in that area code then you can create a "local" number and use it for outgoing calls (incoming too).

Have you tried Google voice? You can set up a local number and then have your outgoing calls route through that. You can have you incoming calls forwarded from that number to your cell, home, office, or any number you choose. It will also do visual voicemail for you and transcribe messages so you can read them.

I have only used it for the voicemail piece, but I am 99% sure it will do the rest.
