I had an update today from Motorola. It has not been a pleasant experience.
all the tags are gone from my photos resulting in over 600 pictures dumped in a pile. Per Verizon and Motorola it can not be fixed. It was advised I download Fish Bowl to put my photos in folders. That has led to a mess. the pictures keep returning over and over. Now my battory wont stay charged because the gps wont shut off. All the verizon phone numbers were removed by the update and I am forced to a self help web page. What was Motorola and Verizon thinking? I will not be a customer or fan of Android much longer.

I'm sorry to hear you are having so much trouble since your upgrade. They effect different members differently. There is no way they can forecast how the upgrade will work across so many different variables. That being said.. I am sorry and have experience a similar experience myself. I did a factory reset on my phone.. a HTC to clear the problems my upgrade created.
The phone has worked flawlessly since and vastly improved. Best of luck to you and thanks for using these forums.
