Apps ARM EABI 4.1 SSL peer chyt down incorrectly

When I use the SDK to try to download ARM EABI for 4.1 i get the error message on my log "SSL Peer shut down incirrectly - Done nothing was installed". Anybody know what is going on here and what I need to do to hix it? It installed for 4.0.3 OK.
